The Pilot Object Registry Service is run by the New Zealand State Services Commission to support the e-Government Interoperability Framework (e-GIF). It registers and stores digital objects including (but not limited to) XML Schemas, controlled value lists, Namespaces, and supporting documentation.

The Registry is designed as a core service that can support many data types and other future services as needed. Data management is via a distributed model in which Steward organisations maintain and warrant the data they supply. For further information about any registry item, contact the Steward Agency.
